I drove almost 1hr from Wellington to make my Laser Facial appointment for 9AM. They made it clear to get there at 8:50AM. Only to be told at 8:27AM, 23 minutes before, that my appointment has been canceled. This is due to “unforeseen circumstances” and that “your provider is no longer available to treat you at this time”. What kind of business is this??? Is there only one person working? Appalling service with no respect for people’s time. I was so excited to add laser facials to my skin maintenance. This was a huge inconvenience and all they can do is send me a generic message to reschedule. NO THANK YOU!

Terrible Service & Complete Disregard for Customers’ Time I had an extremely frustrating experience with Skin Laundry – Palm Beach Gardens, and I will not be returning. I drove 35 minutes from Loxahatchee to Palm Beach Gardens for my scheduled appointment. I arrived only 5 minutes late, and while I was literally standing in front of the building, they sent me a text message canceling my appointment. No courtesy, no flexibility, no attempt to accommodate me—even after I explained I had just made a long drive specifically for this visit. They told me I could reschedule for 1:00 PM, which was not reasonable given the circumstances. For context, I have a beard, so they only treat half of my face, and during my last visit the laser facial took less than 8 minutes. Despite this, the staff refused to help in any way and showed zero concern for wasting my time. What makes this worse is that this is not an isolated incident: • On a previous appointment, Skin Laundry canceled on me without proper notice. • At my first consultation, I had an 11:00 AM appointment and wasn’t seen until 12:05 PM, after waiting over an hour. So apparently, it’s fine for them to waste over an hour of a client’s time—but unacceptable for a client to be 5 minutes late. When I finally told them to just cancel everything, I was oddly told that I “couldn’t do that,” which is unbelievable given how casually they cancel appointments themselves. This place is overpriced, poorly managed, and completely dismissive of customers. The service is disorganized, inflexible, and not worth the money. There are far better options out there that actually respect your time. Avoid this location. Total rip-off and terrible customer service.

The receptionist walked me to a small waiting area. I watched a brief yet informative video from the company's founder, detailing the laser facial and its myriad benefits. In no time, my nurse Jess arrived. We walked down the hall to a private room where I would receive my laser facial. I felt completely at ease throughout the process. Jess began with a gentle facial cleanser to remove any excess oils, followed by the application of the laser facial product prior to starting the laser treatment. Her thorough explanations of each product and its advantages were enlightening. For those with sensitive skin like mine, I can assure you that the offerings at Skin Laundry are nothing short of divine. Skin Laundry cater to all skin types and address various concerns, so rest assured, you are in capable hands. As with any investment in self-care, consistency and dedication are paramount. After my facial, I emerged feeling rejuvenated and far more knowledgeable than when I first entered. From the moment you step through the door, the delightful receptionist ensures you feel valued and cared for, reinforcing the notion that your skin is their priority. The insights gained prior to the treatment are invaluable, and the service itself is profoundly beneficial. I also had the pleasure of meeting several remarkable women working in this exquisite establishment. Following my treatment, I was delighted to receive a charming gift bag, a truly thoughtful gesture. When you find yourself in the Palm Beach area, do make a point to visit and bring along a friend.
