I had an incredible experience at LaserAway. This was honestly the best laser treatment I’ve ever had. The treatment was incredibly fast, easy, and far less painful than any laser session I’ve done before. Jessica at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to walk me through additional treatments that could benefit my skin and helped me explore new options without ever making it feel pressured. She made the whole experience feel smooth and comfortable from the moment I walked in. My technician, Kelly, was fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable about skin and skincare products and clearly has a deep understanding of what works. She gave me several great suggestions and took the time to explain things in a way that was really helpful. I left feeling confident about my treatment and excited about the recommendations she shared. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The entire team was professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. I will absolutely be coming back.

Had the best first experience at Laser Away Palm Beach today! The place was so modern and clean, and the staff was so so friendly. I had my first appointment with Kaitlyn for laser hair removal and I requested to only see her from now on! I had such a great experience at LaserAway! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Holly at the reception desk. She was incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. My procedure was done by Kelley, the Physician Assistant, and she was absolutely amazing. She talked me through every step of the process, explained what to expect, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Her calm and reassuring demeanor really helped ease any nerves I had. Overall, the staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. I truly appreciate the level of customer service and care I received. I would definitely recommend LaserAway to anyone considering treatment!

Kaitlyn is amazing!!! She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and made sure I could handle the setting. This was my first time having her and this being only my second treatment, she made everything go perfectly!
