Rockland County Weight Loss

I had a great experience with Rockland County Weight Loss. I am a 53 year-old woman going thru menopause and was so bloated and didn’t know what else to do. I saw Joe’s advertisement and I gave it a try. I lost 25 pounds in three months and I feel great. I am not bloated and I learned the healthy way of eating for the rest of my life. The red light therapy helped me a lot. I had joint issues and it’s just getting less and less by the day. The red light therapy has great benefits, and you should give it a try. The coaches there are great and they will help you anytime of the day. The Weight Loss program was a little hard to adjust, but then I got used to it and there’s so many different foods that I could eat. If you have an issue losing weight and you need some motivation and help this is the place to go. I will continue my Weight Loss and the red light therapy for as long as I can. Thank you Rockland Weight loss in every step of the way to reach my goal. You guys are the best.

I joined this program with the intent of learning how to cleanse my body, eat right and shed some weight the natural way. Everything was thorough and easy to follow. The coaches are amazing at keeping you on track and checking in with you. Having a busy schedule I had to move my appointments sometimes and they were very understanding. Anyone looking to get in the right track for their health please check it out! Red light therapy takes some time to work but you will definitely see results!

First off, the people working there are so understanding and lovely. Everything was explained to me throughly. I love the red light beds. I noticed my hair grew quicker and got thicker. I felt less bloated as well. I hope to continue to be able to use this facility.

My journey with RCWL has been transformative. I’ve been a lifelong dieter and have had short-term successes, but nothing I considered transformative. RCWL’s 90-day weight loss program and red light therapy are incredibly powerful tools for healthy weight loss. I chose RCWL because I wasn’t interested in the quick-fix shots. For me, clean whole food is a more healthy and sustainable way of eating to live. No expensive, packaged, over-processed meals, so simple! And the red lights … from the very first visit I felt amazing. Almost immediately my morning aches and pains vanished and I’ve seen incredible results with many inches lost and energy through the roof. With this said, RCWL’s program is not magic. Commitment is key. You won’t see results (for me, down 50+ pounds in 7 months) without dedication to the whole program. But Joe and team emphasize that commitment doesn’t mean perfection either. It means making smart choices while still fully enjoying celebrations, vacations and holidays (desserts, cocktails, etc.). ** Rockland County Weight Loss found me I didn’t find them….. they randomly kept popping up on my IG and I said what do I got to lose. I then found myself with Joe and he studied me, asked me about where I lost myself and there and then I knew I’d trust him with the broken me….. needless to say , with him and Tracy and team , Tracy being my main mentor I lost almost 40lbs from 195 to 160 in a 6month turn around with proper eating, no meds, no shots, no gimmicks just consistency…… they are my support system and continue with them till this day, they found my confidence back and I found me….. if you don’t go anywhere else go to Joe and then ask for Tracy. She’s literally my big sis and forever grateful. Love you guys! Again forever grateful.
