Great urgent care. Everyone there was so friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't wait very long at all to be seen and the doctor was very thorough. The staff even called another doctor's office to book a follow up appointment for me with a specialist. I've never had that done by a doctor's office before and it was such a nice thing to do. I'm grateful for this urgent care.

I had a great experience! Dr. Sharma and Dr. Goyal were able to make time for me last minute and go the extra mile of not only referring me but also making appointments on my behalf! Really top tier care.
Dr. V. Chen and Dr. Goyal have provided exceptional care. They are thorough, attentive, and genuinely committed to their patients’ well-being. They take time to listen, explain every detail clearly, and make each visit feel calm and supported. I’m truly grateful for their professionalism and the compassion they show in every interaction.
Shocked at all the positive reviews this place has, if you read one review please let it be this one. If you have a cold or expect you may have the flu, this place is for you but that is all that they do. Anything else I would strongly, STRONGLY suggest somewhere else!!!! I went in with a very swollen left tonsil & severe pain keeping me up at night, with on and off fever & inability to swallow. I had a very muffled voice and it hurt to speak (later found out at the ER this is called “hot potato voice”) The nurses are kind, they allowed me to write things out as it hurt to speak, and were very gentle when examining my throat. One even said “it’s so swollen it’s very hard to see in there”. When Dr. Chen came into the room the first thing she said was “can you speak”. How welcoming. She examined my throat & my ears (I was having ear pain on the left side as well). I did strep test, and further test for viruses (flu, RSV, covid etc). Dr. Chen told me she will write me a script for a Zpack antibiotic, as she did not know the cause without testing. I understood but later found out (when I went to the ER) that it was an OBVIOUS peritonsillar abscess. I asked if she could give me anything for the pain I was in and she told me to try Tylenol or Motrin. I told her I had been taking Tylenol but the pain is so severe I cannot swallow, speak, or sleep, she said “try liquid mucinex”. Tears filled my eyes as she left the room, one of the nurses came in to finish and saw I was visibly upset. I left crying. I picked up my prescription & went home. Debated going somewhere else as I had a gut feeling it would get worse. I decided to take the antibiotics and give it some time. As the day went on the abscess continued to enlarge, to the point where it was effecting my breathing. I went to White Plains hospital ER with a 102 fever and wheezing. both the nurses and doctors who helped me where shocked I was sent home from urgent care. One Dr said “they really sent you home like this?” And asked which one I went to. Another said “they love their Zpacks” insinuating that they shoo people off with a zpack and call it a day. Going to this urgent care was a waste of my time and money, put me in more distress and left me feeling worse and later scared. This urgent care could have drained the abscess and given me relief. The urgent care Dr. didn’t even recognize it was an abcess. The least she could have done was suggest going to the ER for further examination, but no a Zpack and mucinex was her best. If you can, I would highly suggest going elsewhere.
I went in for a physical exam and had a really smooth experience. The staff was kind, organized, and respectful. Everything was explained clearly and I was in and out fast. Very satisfied with the service.
