Retreat Hospital Is the absolute best all their staff is friendly and professional You could not ask for better service or care. Every staff member I came across such as Heather in ER, Dr Daniels in ER, Ty my transporter from ER to CT Scan to my room, Kristen in CT Scan, All the nurses on my floor once I was admitted from Christopher to Matthew to Jasmine to Barbara, The pre-op nurses the doctors the staff members that came to talk to me about my release even the young man that delivered me some food after my surgery. Everybody was kind and understanding, informative and willing to help I cannot say enough good things about retreat hospital

Reception was fantastic, warm, comforting, the woman took my info and showed me to a bed. She was very nice while asking questions, then the male doctor came in and she left. The doctor was rude and passive, annoyed I couldn’t give exact dates when I told him I can barely see the words on my phone but can give him the timeline. His attitude was abrasive and I asked for a female doctor which he snapped there were none just him and to deal with it, then a nurse ripped open the curtain and said “yeah he’s the only doctor and he’s already entered your room so you’ve gotta pay him. That’s how it works” I will recite this exact review if I get a bill because I am not paying for negative attitude and people who are exasperated by my need for medical attention. I left immediately in tears and told the front desk how horrible the doctor and nurse were.tried to walk home unsuccessfully and people on the street thought I wa drunk and been assaulted from how upset I was on top of having extreme dizziness and nausea like vertigo. Shame because this place has been recommended to me but I’m not paying for their mean attitude and lack of care for wellbeing. The woman at the front desk would make a better nurse and doctor than the 2 I encountered. Horrific experience

I was admitted for 3 nights after having complications from a lithotripsy procedure. ER and hospital Dr worked together to determine what was going on. My severe pain and vomiting was addressed with strong medications. Doctors continued with very good care my entire stay. My heart issues were watched along with elevated BP readings. Good communications between Drs and nurses. Competent nurses that were skilled at their jobs.

This is how a hospital should be. CLEAN, So impressed by how clean it is. SUPER EOPLE,The entire staff was fantastic. I could feel the care in the additives of everyone. I could go on and on.... Best surgical experience i ever had....

I love this place! I go to the lymphodema clinic & my nurse tech is Sarah, she is fabulous & has awesome customer service skills! The other workers are outstanding too & the transportation department is awesome too! 👌 I wish all hospitals & clinics have the same attitudes too! That would be great, they are role models for others!
