CVS

Medications are always minus 1 to 3 pills! Called to inform them no one returned my call. In search of a new pharmacy! Wish I could rate this place as a NEGATIVE ZERO. Employee with pink nails...acne...and braids was very rude when I picked up prescriptions. Customer service is severely lacking! The refrigeratedd section is always out of order and there's a horrible stench in the store.

If you want to see a physical representation of corporate greed, look no further than CVS PHARMACY on Stage Road in Bartlett. The pharmacy pulldown gate is broken. Although the pharmacy's computers and registers are at counters that are visible and accessible to customers, and 5-6 employees are milling around inside, they refuse to assist any customers. They "could" but they WON'T! Instead, customers must wait in a drive-thru line that wraps around the building. At a minimum, they could help their customers by opening both lanes, but they won't even do that. I guarantee that this giant, greedy company could fix the gate, but it doesn't want to take a bite out of its bottom line with an expensive repair. Why should they care? They don't have to sit in this line with the rest of us. THIS IS MORE OF A HOSTAGE SITUATION THAN A PHARMACY!!!!!!

I transferred my prescription here from another state. They didn’t have it so I had to wait 2 days for them to order it, two days for it to be filled after they got the meds. Was told it was going to be ready after 6pm, drove over 30mins, waited an hour in line, just to be told it wasn’t ready and it wasn’t going to be ready that night. Next day it’s finally ready so I head to pick it up, they gave me 12 out of 30 of my injections but charged me for 30. One box and 2 syringes in a ziplock bag!! I didn’t noticed until I got home so I called them immediately. They argued at first that I only had 12 left in my prescription, and when i wouldn’t let it go, she said she would have her manager check and came and told me they owed me the rest of my meds. Had to drive again, over 30mins to get the rest. Received opened boxes of my shots which is so damn unprofessional. I’ll never be filling up any other prescription here again.

After a week and half of trying to transfer a prescription over finally I get someone to do it right , than I spoke to the pharmacist and he said it was ready to Pick up on a Saturday I come on Sunday they are telling me they'll have to get it ready because it's not ready for pickup . And they are just slow! Slow ! Slow! I hate my job for making me go with cvs pharmacy! I hate cvs pharmacy!

I want to shout Mike the store manager out for coming OUTSIDE to notify long line of us waiting what the hold up was about. He also had candy and water. Super thoughtful always kind when u visit CVS.
