I’ve never had any issues here. They get you in and out even when they are packed. The prices are not bad compared to other clinics. I started going Nov. 22 2025 and as of Feb. 14 2026 I’m down 30 lbs. All the nurses are friendly but specially one nurse she’s Hispanic I’ve never asked for her name but she’s thin and tall with black hair. Every time my sister and I get her we never feel when she gives the shot.
1st time patient, Olivia was so professional she patiently explained the different medicines very knowledgeable of products and health plans! She provided excellent information and encouragement lastly she was extremely gentle with my injection and I will see you next month!

Reaching staff by phone has been extremely difficult, as calls frequently go unanswered. In addition, Tirzepatide dosages have been changed. For example, a dosage sold as 5 mg has been labeled as 7.5 mg. Last year, I came in and paid for a 7.5 mg dose, but was given 5 mg instead and told that this was equivalent to the 7.5 mg dosage. I would appreciate a clear explanation for this discrepancy and change !!!!!
