We had to return few stuff which we bought the previous day for our road trip. We couldn't carry on the trip which bcos of the weather. The lady who was helping us was good, we also explained her the reason for the return, but she needed another guy to swipe his badge for approval I guess. The other guy was not professional or customer friendly. He raised his voice and asked what is wrong with it in a threatening way as if we are doing something wrong. We explained again. He went behind her and continued to make faces. He didn't know basic customer service.

The worst pharmacy. You will sit in line forever to pick up a medication. If they dont have your med you will wait days for the med. How does this help someone when they are sick. My advice go to a totally different pharmacy company. Don't waste your time with walgreens. 12/12/25. Forced to use this pharmacy again. Could not anyone on the phone. Literally sat on hold for 30 minutes. Drove to the pharmacy while on hold to only get there and no one was on the phone nor didntheu bother to pick up a phone. Sales rep had nothing to say when confronted. Child had surgery and needed pain meds. All meds were called in around 11:15 am. It took until 6 pm and only after I got mad about the length of time did finally get our meds. Poor service. Do not use this company. Go somewhere else.

They are rude and incompetent. I sat on hold for over 30 min with 1 basket ahead of me and when I told him my dob does not recognize to use automated system his response was we are working on one give us 15 min. He did not ever care to help me so that I don’t have to sit on hold for a total of 47 min at the beginning was 2 callers he spoke for about 30 seconds so why over 40 min wait for 2 callers and over 30 for 1. I’ll be pulling my prescriptions to sent to Walmart because not only did I have to wait almost an hour when I got my turn he rushed through and had zero care for my issues and did not help the situation at all. They literally are the worse. I would have left along time ago but them being close to dialysis center is confident but it’s not with them giving wrong meds or not fixing an issue a customer asks you to help with so before they kill me. In out. Also this call made me want to drive up there and punch the first person I see. And that’s not fair for them to ignore people some of us have mental health issues. BUT THEY DONT CARE………..

The front of house staff is pretty okay except for Stacy, she is a wonderful. Every time me and my girlfriend come inside we are delighted to see her working. But the pharmacy staff is horrendous. Some of the rudest and most unpleasant people I’ve ever dealt with. One girl in particular should not be allowed to work anywhere near people.
