VIP Urgent Care & Waterfall Spa

Had been to a huge corporation ER and was told to take over the counter medication and sent home. After not getting well and only getting worse I was referred to this location. No insurance needed! Was taken as a walk in a few minutes before they closed, staff was amazing, quick, and very patient. Dr is very knowledgeable helpful and explained everything I needed to know. They offered great options and after a tough week of not being able to breathe right I walked out relieved and very thankful. Definitely a life saving place. You all have gained another loyal customer. Thank you for getting me back 100% so that I can hold my 6month again without being scared to get him sick🙏

I was impressed the minute I walked in! I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and the waiting room is inviting an impeccably clean! I was called into a room within 5 minutes and was immediately seen by a very cheerful and responsive CNA. Within minutes, Dr Reyes came in and immediately listened to my symptoms and suggested care. She was pragmatic and logical and immediately triaged my asthma and shallow breathing. I highly recommend VIP Urgent Care and am telling everyone I know. I am highly impressed with this facility and will be back for all my minor emergency needs and more!

Very impressed and glad I came here. Third time in a month it is now my second clinic third Doctor who I've seen about my swollen right leg. I was happy that it was the actual doctor who did the examination and not an assistant. Although her assistant was on point and helpful. They were more detailed into their inspection of my issue and even for not having insurance they're pricing is great. I can only be thankful and appreciate their help. The young lady in the front desk also was very helpful, all are very friendly. That's why now being my primary choice for my health. Excellent.

Visited VIP Urgent Care today as I woke up with body aches from head to toe along with other cold symptoms. It seemed like more than a regular cold, and so I wanted to get tested for flu and covid in case I needed a note for my employer in the event i needed to be out for more than a day or two. The service was excellent and very quick, I waited no more than 5 minutes in the lobby. The entire staff- from the receptionist, to the medical assistant, the NP student and doctor- were all very professional and kind. I did test positive for covid and they laid out my treatment options and gave me the note I needed. And you can't beat the price. I have no insurance and that was a huge relief. They tell you the prices up front, and the visit price is WAY lower than other urgent care clinics. Highly recommend. They also happen to have a spa three where they offer beauty treatments such as teeth whitening, manicures, laser hair removal, etc, which was very interesting.

This is my 3rd time going to VIP Urgent Care for kids sports physicals and each time has been a great experience. Dr. Reyes’s team are kind and attentive, the location is always clean and no wait time! From our experience Dr. Reyes has always been empathetic, knowledgeable, and efficient. I appreciate the transparency in prices and more importantly that we are seen by a doctor and not an NP.
