Urgent Care Delray Beach: Dr. G's Urgent Care

I have always loved Dr. G's, and it has served as not only mine, but my entire family's go to urgent care center for many years. When I recently visited last week, I had a wonderful experience with the provider themselves as usual, but the rest of the staff and aesthetics have really gone downhill and need help. First and foremost, the person working the front desk asked me to openly state the reason I was asking to be seen, in front of other patients, which I was not comfortable with, and I was given check-in forms that were intended for someone requesting medical clearance for an MMA fight. She was not directing other patients in the waiting room to refrain from placing used pens in the clean pens container. Since COVID-19, I take this very seriously, especially in a physician's office and does someone who works in healthcare.. Secondly, I was left in an exam room waiting for the provider that was completely downtrodden and with no air conditioning, only a sad little fan on the counter. Unacceptable. Finally, when I was directed to leave a specimen in the restroom, it was absolutely unsanitary. There was a broken commode left in there, and it clearly had not been cleaned or maintenance in quite some time. Not only that, but the medical assistant never even told me what cups to put it in or where to leave it. Again, unacceptable. Speaking of which, the medical assistant simply read verbatim from a sheet and was clearly not comprehending or listening to what I was actually saying. I am posting this, not as a criticism but as feedback in the hopes that this place will go back to the wonderful facility it once was so that my family and I can continue enjoying it for years to come. I live very close by to Dr. G's Urgent Care and have gone there for many years for a variety of health issues. It is more convenient for me to go there for minor issues instead of the hospital or doctor's office, which are always very busy. I tell everyone about this location. Each and every time, the staff and doctors have been excellent in every way!!! They are caring, knowledgeable, professional and clearly and patiently explain the process and at-home care that I need to continue. They have a pharmacy for filling prescriptions at the same location so that you don't have to stand in line and wait at your regular pharmacy to fill it. I will continue to use Dr. G's Urgent Care in the future if need be. Thank you so much for your excellent service and positive, understanding attitude. Keep up the good work!!!

Staff was nice; the PA was thorough. I did need to ask the men to leave the xray room when they asked me to change into a gown...and then my meds were sent to a different location than what I gave. Also, paper to check in is so not safe for personal information...its 2026, why am I still filling out 20 pages of paper. Other than those issues, not a bad urgent care.

Dr. G's office is always there for you, especially when you can't see your own doctor. They are always there for you. Seth and Dr. Rezza really listen to what you need and how you're really feeling. Seth has a great personality to make you feel comfortable. And can't forget Annabelle at the front desk. She's so sweet.

Excellent care I've been using Dr G's Urgent care for years . Top Top Notch Doctors and Nurses you greeted from the very second you walk in the door. Pleasant people that work with you there.make feel comfortable. Excellent Doctors who attend to you right away really very little waiting if a minute that's a lot. I can't say enough about the place I've been using Dr.G's Urgent Care for over 6 years now and never had a unpleasant visit. Top Notch staff 6 years now and never had an unpleasant visit nothing but Top Notch excellent, excellent care highly recommend it .
