This is the best experience I’ve had with a practitioner. He looks wonderful and has a very in-depth understanding of the products available. Not only do I feel comfortable, but I’m excited to go back for some more restorative treatments. If you’re feeling hesitant, I highly suggest you try one of the Groupon’s. The pricing is unbeatable… Honestly, the pricing was so good I was worried about what the practice would be like, but this is the nicest practice I have been to in the Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor area.

I’ve been going to Dr. Todd Benoff for now 11 years and I couldn’t be happier!! Dr. Benoff is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he’s doing! I’ve moved to West Palm Beach and I’m still driving four hours to have different procedures performed by Dr. Benoff that that’s how good he is!! His staff is amazing. The office is beautiful and clean. Thank you so much to the entire team in Clearwater for always being so friendly, kind understanding and super amazing!

The staff at Ultimate Image are amazing! Dr. Bestoff is kind and understanding. I do not like needles and he is so patient! Recently went in for Radiesse cheeks and jaw! I am feeling amazing and ready to start a new Year! I found them through Groupon a few years back. Ive used them for Botox, Radiesse and Juvederm. They are not pushy and try to sell you additional units. They want you to feel comfortable. Beauty and Youth is about looking in the mirror and seeing how you feel inside, it gives an extra shot of confidence.

Terrible customer service. I have paid for some service last December and for personal reasons, I havent been able to do the service. I received no call from anybody in months. No one really cared. I called on Tuesday to get my money back and was told I would be called back whether today or tomorrow. I told them I would rather wait on the phone, the receptionist reassured me I would be called back. This never happened. I called them today. It took me about two calls and one hour to eventually talk to someone who told me that my "refund had been approved". But they also said they were keeping a 10% fee for restocking. It was explained very condescendingly to me that despite the fact I had gotten no service at all (the service was laser), there was a need for restocking, which is obviously preposterous. I was told in that same condescending tone that they were doing me such a great favour etc etc. So, avoid this place at all costs because such a bad customer service is just an indicator of other bad service. So I couldn't get my full refund and was basically offered to either accept or go to h... I am sure there will be a response from the centre saying how amazing they were and how grateful I should be. Anyway. Will never go to this place and make sure no one I know ever does. This is very sad.
