The Spa Lounge by Eastern Breeze

I had a Swedish massage with Sophia, and she was absolutely amazing! My body felt so heavy when I came in, and was light as a feather when I left. The front desk was friendly and the changing room was very clean. The robes and slippers were very clean and comfortable. After the massage, I spent some time in the quiet lounge, and honestly would’ve just slept for hours in there. Overall I had an amazing experience and can’t wait to go back.

I came here for a head massage with Vicky. Amazing!!!! Tbh I came here initially to try to use my spafinder gift card, I called to make sure they take it and make a reservation on the day of. Never thought I would find a gem. I am very ticklish and hate body massage. But I love head massage. Vicky is great but everyone is different. Make sure to tell her if you want it lighter or harder. I have certain sensitive spot and I told her as she did the massage and I am glad I told her. Also make sure to come early. I feel like I got a longer treatment because I came 15minutes earlier. I saw some bad comments but it was mostly because they come in late. It is very hard for the business and the masseuse if you come in late because usually they have people after you or they need to close on time for their staff. Just come a bit earlier even if you think you are too early.

I brought my daughter here for her 7th birthday, and the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Irish checked us in and was so pleasant and welcoming, making sure my daughter had a steamed kitty robe waiting for her and tea in the lounge; she truly felt like a little lady. She enjoyed a facial followed by a manicure and pedicure, and every step was handled with such care and attention. Three days later, her skin is still incredibly soft and her nail polish hasn’t chipped at all which is impressive for a child! Thank you to Sophia (massage) and Sue (nails) for making this such a special experience. I highly recommend this spa for both adults and kids. We’ll definitely be back, next time for me!

I had a really good deep tissue massage—the therapist was skilled and attentive, which is why I’m giving any stars at all. That said, the front desk staff were consistently rude and unprofessional across multiple interactions. Phone calls to schedule were met with curt, impatient responses, and in person, they were dismissive and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued client. This kind of attitude can really ruin what should be a relaxing spa experience. The business has potential with strong therapists, but better customer service training at reception would make a huge difference. Disappointed overall.

I love this place! I have only gotten my nails done (mani and pedi) and it has been a great experience every time! Relaxing spa experience with excellent front desk staff!! Doris does the most amazing work! Her leg and foot massage puts me in a trance. And my feet feel like a baby’s after she is done working her magic! Don’t plan to be productive after you see her… give yourself time to enjoy the Ahhhhhh…. I can’t wait to try their head spa and other services!!
