Jackie is the sweetest. She is so compassionate about what she does and so kind! I don’t like needles, but I never to feel her pokes. She’s so gentle. I feel so grateful to have found this place. B12 shots literally give me life. My body doesn’t absorb nutrients well without them. Thank you Memphis Shot Nurse and Jackie for making such a positive impact in my life. 🫶🏼
I went to the one on Farmington Blvd. The nurse name is Niyesha, she was very rude, also when I asked her a question she was short with me and did not listen well. She would constantly talk over me. I will never visit the shot nurse again. And the manager is also rude. She would not come out to speak with me.
I had a very positive experience at The Shot Nurse. The paperwork that I had to fill out was very generalized and took about 3 minutes. The staff was friendly, informative, and had me out of there in a matter of 15 minutes. The entire staff was wearing masks and gloves and abiding by the social distancing ordinance. The office is very clean. I give them a 5-star rating.
The staff were all very nice and polite and answered all my questions I had about vaccinations.They made me feel very comfortable and safe. The nurse who gave me the 4 shots was wonderful there was no pain as she stuck my arms. My arms were never sore at all even after a week of getting vaccinated. Facility was very clean and organized. I had an awesome first experience.
I initially had a great experience in the beginning. The people were nice and welcoming. I was seen fast. However, my experience was altered because of the way I saw the front desk nurses treat an elderly patient. He was there to get shots, but the front desk agents were talking to him in a rude manner. I for one think the front desk is the one that sets the right attitude for the whole clinic/place. You are the face of the clinic. I can understand if you’ve had a long day, but the patient should never be talked to in such a manner (from someone who has worked in a clinic). That left me upset and shocked; not for me but for the man who didn’t have a great experience.
