I’ve had a great experience at Brooklyn Spine Center with Dr. Melinda Keller. She is very attentive, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and supportive, and the receptionists are always polite, welcoming, and professional. The office itself is beautiful, very new, and extremely clean, which makes every visit comfortable. Most importantly, the treatments have been very helpful for my back pain. I highly recommend this place!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Melinda Keller. I was initially looking for services closer to home and I was apprehensive about traveling from Queens to Brooklyn. However, I decided to contact Dr. Kellers' office anyway. The front desk staff was very helpful and very "nice." She answered all of my questions so I decided to schedule an appointment. I met Dr. Keller and was very impressed. Dr. Keller was personable, and thorough as she delved into my medical history, and , she answered all of my questions. I was also impressed with Dr. Applebaum's professionalism. She was personable and I was comfortable asking her questions. After meeting with both doctors I now feel more hopeful and believe that my long ride to Brooklyn will be beneficial . I also like the comfortable office atmosphere and I am looking forward to my future appointments.

I have only been to this facility for a consult so far with the doctor for some cervical issues and pressure in my head that I have been dealing with chronically now, and just from the first visit alone I left with so much hope, which was quickly fading for me. For the first time in a long time I finally felt like the issues I have been dealing with on a daily basis can finally be corrected and aren’t something I just have to live with the rest of my life. The doctor was so thorough with me, explaining the anatomy, going over my X-rays with me which were done right then in-office, and really took the time to let me explain all of my symptoms and concerns without rushing me. I finally felt heard and have so much hope that I will start feeling better soon. The office is brand new and clean and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Really looking forward to my next visits and treatment plan.

My experience today was excellent from the moment I entered the office. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and professional. Both doctors who examined and treated me provided a step by step description of what they were doing and why. Insurance coverage was discussed beforehand so I had no surprises. Treatment began right after examination, which allowed me to leave the office with some relief. I highly recommend this provider on all accounts, personnel, office environment, medical services. I'm especially happy to have walked away with a diagnosis and treatment plan. Don't wait, get relief from true professionals.

This is an excellent place for spinal treatment. The doctors are highly knowledgeable and experienced in diagnosing and treating spinal conditions. From the moment you walk in, you are met with professionalism, kindness, and the utmost respect from the entire staff. The level of care and attention to detail they provide is truly commendable. A special mention to Sabrina—she is an incredibly hardworking and dedicated team member. Her commitment to patient care and her positive attitude make a noticeable difference.
