I had an amazing experience at Soul Space. I originally came in just to try out the facilities, and I ended up leaving with a monthly membership because I enjoyed it so much. The space itself is beautiful, refreshing, and thoughtfully designed. Everything from the steam room, sauna, and cold plunge to the red light therapy lounge made the experience feel like a full reset for my body and mind. The environment really allows you to slow down, breathe, and relax. I also want to shout out Kylie, who was incredibly nice and informative. She took the time to explain everything and made the whole experience feel welcoming from the moment I arrived. CeCe was also very sweet and helpful, and both of them made the visit even better. If you’re looking for a place to recharge, focus on wellness, or just take care of yourself, I highly recommend checking out Soul Space. I’m really glad I found this place and I’m excited to come back regularly. *update, I’ve been going for 2 weeks now. 6 times in total, and used the gym twice. It’s so refreshing. Does wonders for my skin. The smell when you first arrive, calms you down. The staff is very attentive. I’ve met Marley, and I forget the very kind and informative young ladies name with the red/maroon hair, forgive me. But she was really nice and informative as well. The staff checks and restocks the room regularly. It’s always clean and everyone is so pleasant. Thank you. Did I forget today my skin feels absolutely amazing!!! And I feel good too!

We did the soft girl self care day package for my birthday. Soulspace is nice and the package included lunch from Purefyx. They were nice and provided us small snacks for breakfast. The amenities were nice. We did the sound bath and I personally had the hydrogen therapy. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because the relaxation lounge is used by everyone and it can be uncomfortable in a robe around other guests who are not participating in a "spa." I believe they have a lot of great amenities, but the relaxation lounge is too small/has too many uses. Overall a wonderful experience and I would love to return! The managers and owners were all very nice!

10/10! AN ABSOLUTE SANCTUARY!!!! From the moment we walked through the doors of Soul Space, my boyfriend and I felt an immediate wave of peace wash over us. The atmosphere was serene, grounding, and intentionally designed. Every detail of the space is aesthetically stunning yet warmly inviting, think soft textures, calming tones, and an energy that instantly tells your nervous system it’s safe to rest. The women there were beyond incredible. So kind, so informative, and genuinely supportive. They greeted us with warm smiles and you can tell they truly care about the experience they’re creating! We experienced the cold plunge, steam room, and sauna, it was everything I didn’t know I needed! The essential oil scented rags were such a beautiful touch. We enjoyed tea in the lounge afterwards which felt like the perfect exhale. The lounge itself was deeply relaxing, a space where we could simply be. Soul Space isn’t just a wellness spot, it’s an experience! A reset. A beautiful reminder to pause. Highly, highly recommend. We will absolutely be back. ❤️‍🔥

Jaimie, was absolutely amazing to work with—organized, attentive, professional, and so supportive throughout the entire process. He made sure every detail was handled, which allowed me to focus on my guests and the event itself without stress. The space itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for hosting events. I received so many compliments from attendees. I’m incredibly grateful for such a seamless and positive experience and would highly recommend Soul Space to anyone looking to host an event. I can’t wait to work with them again!

I can’t say enough good things about Soul Space! We did a galentines event with some friends there and it was a blast. The pilates class was energizing and such a great work out. We really enjoyed the class and instructor. The lunch afterward was fresh and delicious. We loved rotating between the sauna, steam room, and cold plunge — it felt like the ultimate wellness retreat. The space itself is clean, calming, and beautifully designed. The staff made everything feel effortless, and the optional add-ons were such a nice touch. It was the perfect balance of movement, relaxation, and connection. Highly recommend Soul Space for events, girls’ days, or anyone looking to reset and recharge!
