I just completed my 6-month post op appointment and to say I am pleased with my results is an understatement! Every staff member, from my consultant to the health care professionals who assisted me during my journey were nothing short of phenomenal! I would be remiss not to mention the skilled hands of my favorite doctor, DR. FRIPP, who single-handedly gave me back my confidence, smile, and a new body! Each visit with her, was like visiting my best friend...I absolutely LOVE HER! I need to shout out another amazing person...Nurse Christine! I can go on forever about her great disposition, nurturing care, and amazing clinical guidance, but she offers so much more. Okay, I LOVE HER too! Finally, the front desk staff (especially Scarlett!) were always friendly and attentive. They embody all that a customer service rep should possess. So, don't wait another day, call my friends at Sonobello Tyson's and get your joy and body back! Thank you all...I'll never forget you guys!!!

My experience at SonoBello in Tysons was both smooth and informative. I arrived to the consultation feeling quite nervous and uncertain about what to expect, but Natalie Ramirez quickly put me at ease with her kindness and expertise. She provided thoughtful guidance and created an environment that felt genuinely supportive rather than transactional, which is increasingly rare in medical settings. I truly appreciate her professionalism and look forward to following up with her in the new year.

My experience with Sono Bello was absolutely amazing! Kennedy, the nurse who helped me, was incredible — her customer service was top-notch! She made me feel so comfortable and took the time to walk me through every step of the surgery process. Dr. Marefat was also wonderful and made sure I didn’t feel any pain throughout the procedure. I’m so glad I chose Sono Bello and I’m already looking forward to using them again in the future. A huge thank you to Kennedy, Dr. Marefat, and the entire Sono Bello Tysons team for such a great experience!

⭐ 1 star “I strongly do not recommend this clinic. I underwent liposuction and skin removal surgery after being promised clear, visible results through their advertising and consultations. However, even after one full year, there is absolutely no improvement. My abdomen looks exactly the same as before, with loose skin and no noticeable change whatsoever. In addition, I was left with a large, very noticeable, and disfiguring scar that was never properly explained or disclosed to me beforehand. The results I received were completely different from what was advertised and promised to me. I paid a very high amount of money based on misleading advertising and unrealistic promises. This experience has been extremely disappointing and emotionally distressing. Patients deserve honesty, transparency, and truthful advertising—none of which I received from this clinic.”

I arrived on time for my 2 o’clock appointment and was told to take my time completing my forms because they were running a little behind—something I completely understood. However, after waiting 30 minutes, the front desk informed me that my wait would actually be several hours and suggested I go home and do a virtual consultation instead. This was extremely unprofessional and offensive. The customer service I experienced was unacceptable, and this location falls far short of the reputation they claim to have. Service starts with customer service , therefore it doesn’t matter what they claim to be capable of if you are not able to provide great customer service you will not be getting my service yet alone my money . There is another location in silver springs which I will hopefully have a better experience .
