They earned every single ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. From the moment I walked in, the front desk had me feeling like I was checking into a spa instead of a doctor’s office. Paperwork? Easy. Guidance? On point. Attitude? Friendly, warm, and dare I say… glorious. And bonus points — no “doctor’s office smell.” 🙌✨ The office itself? Clean, bright, and inviting. Seriously, HGTV could do a whole feature on this place. Now, let’s talk about Dr. Mir B. Ali — what a delight! Great bedside manner, didn’t rush me one bit, and actually covered everything so thoroughly that I barely had any questions left (and trust me, I usually have a lot 😂). His vibe was relaxed, confident, and comforting kind of like if Mr. Rogers and a top-tier surgeon had a baby. I left feeling reassured that the team would handle my authorizations and pre-surgery tests like pros. And get this they’re moving soon to a brand-new office in Newport Beach off Jamboree near the airport. Can’t wait to see how they manage to outdo themselves. ✈️ (Maybe valet parking with free lattes? A girl can dream.) Now, I do feel for the staff with the longer commute I’m hoping the docs show appreciation with some extra perks. I'm hoping that the doctors you work for will do the same by affording you credits of time in the office allowing you to leave early and/or additional compensation in your hourly wage (I do small business Consulting and I'll tell you when offices move and the people that work in the office on the administrative side have to drive further and make the same amount of money it puts a damper on morale slowly but surely) all, our time is priceless ⏰ and they’re worth it! Overall? I’m actually looking forward to my upper hiatal hernia surgery (never thought I’d say that in a review). Mostly because I know I’m in such good hands… and also because being pain-free sounds pretty awesome. 💪
