The customer service is super nice but unfortunately my service goes out ALL THE TIME! Every time there is a big storm my service goes out, and often goes out randomly even when there is no bad weather. Very frustrating.

The install experience was great and the speeds were just out of this world. I can say that AT&T and spectrum can't even shake a stick at this. Love the service and the rates are more than fair.

We began using Sky Fiber day before Thanksgiving 2023. Anthony, the installer, was awesome. He provided installation options, he listened to my concerns and did a great job. The next day, Thanksgiving, our power went out briefly and the router didn’t come back online. I called, a trouble ticket was recorded. Anthony saw the trouble ticket posted and knew it was a configuration issue. He came to our RV on his day off and corrected the issue. The service has been great !

SkyFiber lives up to its slogan - They really do give a damn. When I had a technical issue, Musa, stayed after hours to walk me through the process to reconnect my wireless router. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He was not only going home for the day, but was going on vacation, yet he remained on the service call to help me. The level of customer service SkyFiber employees provide is so superior to other companies it should be in a category of its own.
