I felt welcomed, informed, educated and Kesslie was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable throughout and was personable. I so glad I came here for my first ever facial. They sell because that’s their job, that’s literally how they make money. That being said, I did not feel pressured, was given a plan of action based on my goals and several options to get there. I would highly recommend!!

I went in for a body contouring consult, unfortunately, it could not be completed since AI was breastfeeding. Selena was so informative of what the procedure would do but also why it wasn't recommended. She worked with her manager and we decided to do a facial instead. It was so nice and relaxing! This experience showed me that not only do they care about my time but for my overall being. I go back in a few days for miconeedling!
I had such a wonderful experience at the SkinTec Spa! in Bedford..I got a facial and my skin looked absolutely beautiful afterward. Amy and Kacey were both incredibly sweet, professional, and attentive. They made me feel relaxed and well taken care of the entire time. I truly loved my visit and would definitely come back. Thank you for such a lovely experience! 💖
This place is very neat and nice. The skin machine machine thing was really awesome. I’ve never had that done. It was a little embarrassing that my skin was as damaged as it was. I thought I took good care of my skin. I can’t remember the girls name, but she was very sweet and the facial was very nice. I do feel like they were trying to sell, but it wasn’t too pushy like all the reviews say. I would go again if they had a discounted price it’s just a little pricey.
I was pretty hopeful for my consult at first, she listened to me and my needs, but then began talking quickly and pushing for more and then she had me scan a QR code and then she took my phone and entered my information and signed me up for the Care Credit without explaining it or even asking if that's what I wanted. Then come to find out they charged that card that day before I even had my first service (which I had to cancel due to health issues, but no one wanted to mention I had already been charged) AND they charged me the full amount when I was told if I got the highest number of sessions, there was a discount off that price. So, overall pretty unhappy with the pushing and the daily texts to send in a review when I haven't even had my service completed.
