They do a fantastic job ... easy to get into the routine of the place, both for seasoned sauna-goers (and cold plungers) or those just trying it for the first time. The crowd is eclectic and generally super friendly. Also clean. If I could give it 6 stars, I would. The only criticism is that on one visit, the sauna was ~170 (or lower) by feel, rather than 185, and the cold plunges can vary slightly in temperature, but a minor quibble (temperature is more constant than other saunas I've found).

What a wonderful experience! The spa was impeccably clean, beautifully organized, and had such a calming atmosphere from the moment we walked in. We were warmly greeted by a young gentleman who thoroughly explained the Sauna House process to our group. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely comfortable.
The experience itself was both deeply relaxing and pleasantly challenging! Staying in the cold plunge pools for the full three minutes was no small feat—but the incredible, invigorating feeling afterward made it completely worth it.
