Really frustrated by the outcome and waited patiently for my post op in case I needed more healing only to have my concern dismissed/minimized and rushed. I had my operation on January 6th. I was provided with little to no instructions prior to the surgery. Her office seemed a bit disorganized in preparing me for the surgery. On the day of the surgery, there was a malfunction of equipment which delayed my surgery for hours until 2/3 pm. I had a lower blepharoplasty. There is some improvement but I still have bags present and a tired appearance. I find Dr. Rostami very off putting. She rushes you and can be quite dismissive. Her tone is also not kind. Not sure how she has 4.8 stars. Maybe she treats her patients different according to race or best prior to obtaining payment? Just a thought in my head. She was nice initially when I first met her but surgery day and follow ups have been extremely disappointing and rushed. I do not recommend. She did offer a free fat injection but I will decline due to her behavior and lack of trust in her.

I highly recommend Sanctuary. It is always a wonderful experience. From Tysons to Reston, both locations offer great customer support and a welcoming environment. Dr. Rostami is skilled in her craft and will align results to your vision. Alyssa is such a gem of a person and a Master Esthetician. She offers great tips to ensure your skin is healthy and is familiar with products for my sensitive skin. I appreciate the Sanctuary team and look forward to my appointments.
