This is without a doubt the best gym that I’ve ever been a member of. I’ve never been able to have sustained results before. The trainers are top notch h; the facilities are clean and well organized; they have sauna and cold plunge and other recovery systems; I can come and go when I please. It’s not a massive place but they have two locations within a block of each other and it’s well run. Highly recommended
Just joined RIFT and have been really impressed. The hybrid program seems to work great - more affordable than a personal trainer, but you still get the attention you need. Gabe built a program for me, took the time to show me each exercise, and was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. The equipment is top notch, and even after about 15 years of lifting, I’ve already learned some new movements. Super nice people, very clean premises, and good energy all around. The amenities are awesome too - sauna and cold plunge at the Court St location, plus high-quality massage chairs at the Missouri Ave location. Definitely recommend.
This place has saved my body. In December, I was malnourished and post a massive invasive surgery. I started with Ruben at the end of the year and decided to commit hard. With Ruben's guidance, I have come out of my lowest physical state and am finally feeling strong and on the road to being healthy again. I can't recommend the gym (both locations), the trainers, and the experience enough. PLUS*** the facilities are clean and organized, and the equipment is maintained (which is super important to me). I am very committed and very happy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Spaces like this are what makes Tampa/ Clearwater great! Rift is in an awsome gym with great staff I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the help from Gabe! I only went in for a day pass while in town for a few days but was welcomed and felt like I belonged apart of the culture they have created. The cold plunge and sauna was incredible! Super clean! Gym is small but has everything you need to train! Can’t wait to see this place grow into a larger space.
