First time ever getting an at IV Restore Hyper Wellness. Customer service was outstanding. Grace and Taylor were professional, kind, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Super clean space, great energy, and top-tier care. Highly recommend, next time we are back in West Palm we’ll definitely be back.

I had an amazing experience at Restore today! I went in with a sore neck and tight shoulders, and after my cryotherapy session, the pain was completely gone. I could move my neck and shoulders freely again—it felt incredible! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the whole process was quick and refreshing. I highly recommend Restore to anyone looking for relief or recovery support.

I do not leave Google reviews. Ever. But this experience absolutely demanded one. My visit to THIS Restore Hyper Wellness was next-level—and that is 100% because of Grace and Taylor. These two are elite. Not “good.” Not “nice.” Elite. From the second we walked in, they were locked in, confident, warm, and wildly competent. They explained everything clearly, anticipated needs before we voiced them, and made the entire experience feel intentional, calm, and premium. This wasn’t customer service. This was ownership. I’ve spent decades in leadership and high-expectation environments, and I know the difference between people who show up and people who elevate a brand. Grace and Taylor elevate the brand. Full stop. They operate at a level most companies wish their team could touch. If leadership is reading this: whatever you’re paying them, it’s not enough. People like this are the reason customers come back and bring friends. Give them the raise. Promote them. Clone them. Because of Grace and Taylor, I’ll be back—and I’ll be sending people asking for them by name. They’re linchpins and kingpins.

I’ve been coming to Restore for my weekly IVs for about three years now, and I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else. The nurses here are so friendly, gentle, and professional — they make the whole experience easy and comfortable every single time. The place is always spotless, calm, and welcoming, which really matters when you’re getting IV therapy. There are so many new IV spots opening lately, but none compare to the level of care I get here. I’ve seen a few management changes over the years, and I have to say — Grace has been the best manager yet. She’s hands-on, organized, and genuinely cares about both the staff and the clients. You can feel the difference in how smoothly everything runs. If you’re thinking about trying Restore, do it. They treat you like family here. 💙

Roxanna, Camilla and Chloe are super helpful and fantastic. Great experience all around cool facility. New to cryo therapy but I have enjoyed the feeling afterwards. Very invigorating and I feel fanatastic, it’s cold !
