Dr. Karen and team are a dream come true! From consult to follow up, I felt informed and confident. The care is compassionate and I love how many options there are for regenerative treatment. Dr Karen has created an environment that is both comfortable and engaging with the rotating art installations. If you are curious about treatments I would highly recommend booking a consultation.
First time patient, and I'm very happy with my experience so far. The front area feels very much like stepping into a modern spa experience, and the treatment rooms feel totally professional, and the whole place is extremely clean and well cared for. Dr Karen Herman is absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable and very good at ensuring her patients know exactly what to expect. Lluvia is great at making the patients feel comfortable and looked after. Looking forward to seeing my results, and to my follow-up appointment with this team. I spent many years in the medical field, and am very picky about the medical professionals I see. I would be comfortable with any of my loved ones seeking treatment here, and that's a high bar.
I had the BEST experience with Dr. Karen Herman. She is actually present with her patients- which can be a rare thing in the medical industry. She took the time to listen to everything I had to say before making her suggestions. She was precise, friendly and “switched on.” It’s rare that I see any kind of physician these days who will/can actually take the time to tune into their patients. It feels so good when you find one that does. And there was zero wait. She’s the one to see!

Came in for a makeup tattoo removal and it was a fast and easy procedure. Everything about the healing process was explained to me thoroughly. Will definitely come back for other procedures in the future!
