This is one of the nicest experiences that I have ever had with a medical (or medical-adjacent) office. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which is, unfortunately, rare these days. The office itself is immaculate and very welcoming. They have many different plans to choose from with a wide range of costs. Mostly importantly, there is no pressure to go with any plan. They are happy to explain and recommend; however they leave the decisions entirely to you. Such a refreshing experience!

Patient @Red Mountain & booked ADVANCED 3 MONTH appointment for 6/5/2024 @12:00 w/Sasha for my son's wedding!! Received text confirming appointment on this day & time. I arrived on June 5th @ 11:50am and was told at reception desk, "I'm sorry, but we have NO APPT. SCHEDULED in your name today, would you like to RESCHEDULE?" I showed receptionist a confirmation text of my appointment. "I'm sorry, but sometimes if you don't "click" it doesn't confirm." Text said 6/5/24 @12:00??!! Sasha was busy, i couldn't be seen, was given a copy of facial sheet to bring to another spa over 2,000 miles away!! My son's wedding wasn't a priority @Red Mountain Spa n in Mesa? How sad!

Red Mountain is amazing. I am 65 years old and wasn't able to shed a single pound no matter what I did. Last year I tired beach bodies, wish works for the younger crowd, but without success. My goal was to lose 20 pounds and I lost 12 pounds in the first 4 weeks. I am so excited.
What I like about this program is I eat real food that I prepare. You can also use protein shakes. When I transition off of the program I am not stuck with there meal plan making it easier for me to keep the weight off naturally. I am gluten intolerant so this is important to me.
I also like the idea that I am under the care of a doctor for my best care. And the doctor are great! The office is very efficiently run making it easy for people's busy schedules. They get people in and out quickly.
