What is this sorcery !! Years and years of Botox, filler, kybella, you name it. Hands down the best results I’ve ever had leaving a med spa. Razan is truly magic and she is so gentle it was virtually pain free. Run do not walk you will not be disappointed !
Dr. Omar Dalloul, inserted a facial filler called artefill (since has been removed from the market ) into my face (under eyes, lips and face ) in ~June 2013 and it hardened within ~1-2 years after. I had to have this surgically removed in Jan 2020. Dr Dalloul denied any wrong doing and said that this has never happened to any of his patients before but that is not true, as the surgeon at quintessa who removed the Artefill has also removed this from others. Dr Dalloul did offer to put steroid injection under the eyes, which made ‘indents’ in my skin, which eventually went away but didn’t affect the hardness that had already developed. See attached photos of the hard as a rock material that was removed from my under my eyes and lips, which was contraindicated location/ not supposed to put it there. Still to this day, I have a puffy spot below my right eye that the surgeon who removed them said is probably due to some of the Artefill product remaining in my face that he wasn’t able to see /remove. This complaint has also been reported to the FDA and to date, nothing has been done. Post note: I have had no other treatments under my eye or near the areas where artefill was injected after this occurred as I’ve been afraid ever since of getting any type of fillers in my face. The internet is good for searching for others who’ve had similar experiences with this product that can no longer be hidden. This treatment was irresponsible, and fyi since then it’s back on the market as bellafil, and still should not be used on the lips or under the eye area .. bottom line- this is a very shady place and they should not be allowed to be in business anymore ! This happened in Libertyville, IL?! And I’m still dealing with the consequences of their ineptness, unfortunately many years later

My friend gave me a gift certificate so I gave this spa a try. I'm so impressed with the results. Razan did a fantastic job at giving me the glow I've always wanted. I'll definitely be back!
