Jen has changed my life! Her bedside manner, thoroughness, and professionalism are unmatched. She carefully reviewed my bloodwork with me and assessed my needs for hormones. It has been about a month since I started HRT and I am already feeling better than I have in the last ten years! My energy and strength have improved markedly and I am sleeping through the night almost every night now. I didn’t realize how deeply perimenopause had been impacting me until all of the symptoms started to disappear. The brain fog and forgetfulness have even improved. My favorite part is that I can fit into a lot of my old clothes again. My appetite is greater than it was before HRT, but obviously my metabolism has increased as well. I am eating more than I was before but I have lost 7 pounds already (most of it from my belly). I wish I would have started this years ago. I am so thankful for Jen and her team!

This was my first visit to a med spa, and I was impressed. The decor was aesthetic and the front desk was very professional and friendly. During the consultation and service, Stephanie and Jen provided all the information I needed and answered questions about other skin services, such as broad band light. Fees are reasonable, and there was no hard sell, just enthusiasm and confidence that I will be pleased with my results and want to return.

I cannot say enough good things about Jen. I’ve done toxin, BBL laser, TRL contour, and Sculptra with her, and my face truly looks the best it ever has. The results are natural, balanced, and exactly what I was hoping for — refreshed, not overdone. What sets Jen apart is how much I trust her judgment. She is thoughtful, honest, and always makes recommendations based on what will actually give the best outcome, not what will upsell you. I never feel rushed or pressured, and I always feel like I’m getting incredible value for my money. She has an amazing eye, deep expertise, and a calm, confidence-building presence. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I would totally recommend ProMD for laser hair removal. The owner, Jen, did my first treatment. She was not happy with the results she was seeing from doing the laser wand, so she switched over to the manual setting. She could have continued with the easier method, however, she did what was best for me to achieve optimal results.

Jen, my injector, was amazing—so knowledgeable, professional, and truly took the time to listen to what I was looking for.
