Knowledgeable and friendly staff, very compassionate regarding my health concerns. I am extremely happy with Dr Jawadi and am more confident my health needs are being addressed. She made me very comfortable and did not dismiss my symptoms. Looking forward to my follow up appointment.
I am a new patient to this office. The atmosphere was very welcoming and professional, and her office staff are friendly and efficient. Dr. Jawadi has a warm personality and listened to my concerns without interrupting or rushing me. I will absolutely be back and will recommend that my daughters see her for their GYN needs, too.
Last year I left a 1 star review about the front desk staff, while clearly stating that I was satisfied with Dr. Jawadi’s medical care. When I called this year to schedule my annual appointment, I was told that Dr. Jawadi wanted to know if I still wished to make an appointment because of the 1 star review I had left about the office staff. This was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. It gave me the impression that patient feedback may influence how returning patients are treated. I did not leave a negative review about Dr. Jawadi’s medical care, only about the office experience. If feedback about office staff results in being confronted when trying to schedule care, that raises serious concerns about how this practice handles patient criticism. Patients should be able to share honest feedback without being questioned or singled out later. This office clearly does not operate that way. Be aware.
I would give it a rating lower than one star if I could! I've been a patient for more than a year, and despite my best efforts to give them a chance, not much has changed. The doctor is completely unhelpful, and the front desk staff is extremely rude. She kept glancing at her watch and acting as though I was bothering her when I asked her health-related questions during my most recent visit! Do not go there! Other than that, the place was clean, and that's about it!

The office was clean, organized, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease and reassured me that I was in the right place.
