Emailed an inquiry about pricing on some pricey procedures. Received no response. I guess if you have to ask, you can't afford this spa. Followup: Received a nice email response with pricing. I'll give them a try and update my rating then. Update: had several cosmetic procedures. Dr is kind, soft spoken and attentive. Staff was also lovely. I am happy with the results and the experience. Will use them again.
I have been coming to this medical spa for about 4–5 years, and from the very first time I met Nicola, I knew she was someone special. I always wait for her to be available because she is truly the best. Nicola is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help you understand which treatments you actually need — and just as importantly, which ones you don’t. She never pushes products or packages, but instead takes the time to explain and recommend what’s best for your skin. I usually see my dermatologist and doctors in Medellín, Colombia, but here in New York, this is the only place I trust for my skincare. Every time, Nicola’s recommendations line up with what my dermatologist and doctors say, which shows how professional and well-informed she is. Beyond her expertise, Nicola provides such a comfortable, relaxing experience. She’s incredibly sweet, kind, and makes every appointment feel like a treat. Her facials leave my skin glowing, but it’s her honesty, professionalism, and genuine care that keep me coming back. I can’t recommend Nicola highly enough!
