I can’t say enough good things about OC Weight Loss Center. I started in August and I’m already down 23 lbs. Nurse Practitioner Lindsay Short helped me get started and made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. She is so helpful and always available when I have questions.
The front desk girls, Maira and Desiree, are always kind, welcoming, and quick to help with anything I needed. I always felt supported every step of the way.
I’ve had such a great experience and I’m so happy with my progress. I highly recommend this place.

Started tirzepatide treatment. Pay monthly membership of $99 but beginning dosage still cost 1200 for 10 weeks with 4 prefilled 2.5mg, 6 prefilled 5 mg. Received free replacement when it got spilled on a flight although properly packaged. However it’s heavily compounded with B12. Blood test showed alarming high level. Color of liquid should be clear to slightly yellow but these are dark orange/red. Effect is almost none existing so they increased dosage but still only lost 3 lbs in 4 weeks. Some weeks I don’t lose at all. Some 1 lb. Although I follow water intake and diet. 4 prefilled injection 7.5 mg cost $900 with discount. So it more cost effective to go to manufacturer direct.
One receptionist is really friendly though and so is the RN who consults with you.

Listen up ladies — I found the best nurse practitioner! Her name is Lindsay Short at OC Weight Loss in Mission Viejo, and she is amazing for Botox, weight loss, and HRT. Her knowledge and experience far exceed any other place I’ve ever been — and I’ve been all over South OC.
The way she places Botox gave me the best results I’ve ever had — seriously better than anywhere else. When it comes to HRT, she is incredibly informative and honest about what will actually benefit you versus what would just waste your money, which I really appreciate.
I also went on tirzepatide through her and finally reached my goal weight. Other places gave me the shot in-office and I didn’t see results, but she sends you home with syringes and a clear schedule so you stay consistent — it made all the difference.
Since starting HRT with her, I have so much more energy, my skin looks great, my body doesn’t feel constantly tired, and I’m sleeping like a baby again. Honestly, she’s one in a million — you should definitely check her out!
