North Shore Cosmetic Surgery

I had a Panniculectomy done by Dr Romanelli in November 2025. I had been to 2 other surgeons trying to get approval for the procedure. I was told numerous task needed to be completed before this could be possible. After a consultation with Dr Romanelli, his staff had an approval in one week with a surgery date within 2 weeks. I was elated to get this surgery after a recent weight loss of 65lbs. Other surgeons tried to convince me to get other procedures for a more snatched result. I knew what i wanted and Dr Romanelli did just that,with NO pressure to do more. I made all my post ops and had my final visit February 2026.i healed up wonderful with minimal scars and perfect results. I will return to North Shore Cosmetics in the future if I need any other work. Not only is Dr Romanelli great but his hard working team is as well. They made myself and my accompanying guest feel welcome every visit. I highly recommend North Shore.

I recently had a brachioplasty and a breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Layliev and I nothing but incredible things to say! Dr. Layliev & all of the staff at North Shore Cosmetic Surgery are incredible. I was incredibly nervous about going under anesthesia and the anesthesiologist, Dr. Romano, was nothing but comforting and amazing. I felt so well cared for throughout every step and even more so during recovery. Dr. Layliev is incredible at what he does and I would recommend anybody to him!

I can’t say enough great things about Dr Walsh. I got a breast lift with her in December and while the results are amazing and I feel more confident than ever, she thoroughly answered every question and concern I had beforehand. She genuinely cares about every person who walks through those doors, and isn’t the type of surgeon to recommend something unless it’s truly right for you. I can go on and on about how personable, professional, (EXTREMELY patient), and talented she truly is. I’ll recommend her to everyone in every lifetime!! :)

I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Low. His bedside manner is unmatched and I am so glad I went with him for my surgery! I can’t recommend him enough. From the initial consultations to my post op visits, he has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very patient and will listen to all of your questions and concerns and guide you step by step during recovery. In addition, the entire staff at North Shore Cosmetic has been extremely nice and so easy to work with as well! 10/10 recommend
