I love everything about MAC! Alesha is my fairy godmother- every treatment I’ve received from her is top tier and I love my results. There’s no one I trust more with my face and aesthetics. I’m a very anxious person and she always makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. Especially when exploring different treatments. The front office staff is amazing too and always so accommodating to my schedule, plus this is the nicest team/staff I’ve ever encountered at a medspa. Do yourself a favor and sign up for the beauty bank also. 1000% worth it. Especially when buying skin care plus you get a discount on treatments. Can’t say enough good things about MAC and the staff. Do yourself a favor, and just do it ✨🫶💛
I have been seeing Cathy for electrolysis and am finally seeing results with her after trying different places over the years. She’s very friendly (everyone here is!) knowledgeable in hair growth patterns and informative on the procedure itself. She is always willing to answer any questions I have throughout the process. The staff have always been reliable and consistent upon checking in, checking out and appointment reminders which I greatly appreciate! I would definitely recommend Cathy for electrolysis; our treatment plan has been such a great investment and am happy with the results!
MAC staff is the BEST!! From the moment I walk through the door until I am leaving, they are always welcoming and calming. They go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable and happy to answer any questions I might have. Alesha is AMAZING!! I am new to this and very anxious. She listens to my concerns and always executes well above my expectations. Alesha understands I am wanting subtle results and never pushy with treatment. Explains the treatment in detail and reassures concerns. She makes the whole experience very calming. Thank you!!
I have been going to the Modern Aesthetics Center at Gate Parkway for quite a while, and the office, staff and service has always been top-notch. My former injector had retired, and i was a little nervous about having to see someone new but my experience was so wonderful that I had to call the office first thing the following morning to express my gratitude. Kristen was both personable and professional, listened to my concerns, and truly put me at ease. She made my overall experience a seamless one and while it does take a little while before the results take their final effect, the lift I was looking for my brow area was visible the next morning and this truly brightened my day. I want to thank you all for having such a great team and service and again a very special thanks to you Kristen! I will be back! 😊
