I have been a patient for almost 4 yrs and have always experienced a pleasant, professional and welcoming office staff. Dr. Joan is attentive, thorough and patient. She cares and takes time to listen. She always encourages questions without me feeling rushed. She takes time to fully explain everything with clarity. Dr. Joan is an added blessing to the practice!
Medical visits are usually something I dread.This experience was completely different. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a medical space. I felt heard, seen, and genuinely supported rather than dismissed or invalidated. Dr. Joan was present, attentive, and compassionate in a way that immediately put me at ease. I also loved that the practice uses AI for note-taking. It was honestly so cool to see, and it made a huge difference because it allowed the doctor to focus fully on me instead of staring at a screen. Every single person I interacted with was amazing. The front desk staff was kind and welcoming. The PA who took my vitals made me feel at ease. Nae, who took my blood, was especially wonderful and so fun. The whole team created an environment that felt safe and supportive from start to finish. Highly recommend.
Dr Joan is the very best. She has a wonderful bedside manner. Cares about what’s going on with you. Thorough too. I recommend her 100% for not only weight loss but all things. The front desk staff and medical assistants are wonderful. Kind, pleasant, smart and demonstrated, compassion towards my needs.
Today was my first day visiting my New office and meeting Dr. Takem, the staff was very nice and professional which meant alot, due to.im in health care just as they are, Big thanks to them. Dr. Takem was very nice , talked alot about my needs and wants, very very professional as well and seems to have alot of experience in health overall. I will be back thanks for making my first visit a good one.
Dr. Takem may be the best practitioner I've ever worked with. He's kind, understanding, open minded, and made me feel heard. I truly feel like we are part of a team. I recommend him to anyone looking for a new doctor, especially those looking for weight management.
