What can I say but SIMPLY AMAZING! I’m lucky enough that Jess is local for me! If she wasn’t she’s that good that I’d travel. Not only is Jess & her staff welcoming they are also knowledgeable. Amazing results! Would never go anywhere else. Injector Jess (Jessica M.) is a true artist! I have followed her in her career from her DTSP days, to Spring Hill, and now to her Clearwater location, Liz Injectables. She is the only injector that I trust. I have done it all with her - from Botox, Daxxify, PDO threads, mono threads, fillers for cheek, chin, under-eyes, and lips. Best decision I have made going to her and trusting her years and years of expertise. There is a reason this woman is traveling the globe speaking and training other injectors!

Appointment Date: January 5, 2026 I went into my appointment extremely excited, having heard nothing but positive things. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I left the appointment already in pain, which worsened significantly the following day into severe, stabbing pain. I have a very high pain tolerance, but this kept escalating. I tried to tough it out and sent a message to the office—there was no response. Soon after, my condition deteriorated further. I developed a fever, and the pain became unbearable. I ultimately ended up hospitalized with a severe bacterial infection that required intravenous antibiotics. This was not a minor complication. Despite the seriousness of the situation, I received no meaningful follow-up. When I finally shared test results confirming the infection, I was asked whether I was sleeping on my back. That response was not only dismissive but inappropriate given the severity of a confirmed bacterial infection. Based on medical evaluation, the infection originated from the area under my chin where the procedure was performed. After days of antibiotics and multiple doctor visits, the infection improved—but the damage remains. The area under my chin is visibly uneven, and I can clearly see where the error occurred. After spending $8,000, not only did I suffer a serious infection, but the cosmetic outcome is uneven, and no one has even noticed that I had anything done. I did not request a refund—at that point, advice about sleeping position was the only response I received. This was an extremely expensive and painful lesson. My purpose in writing this is simply to warn others: be very cautious and ensure that proper sterile practices are followed. A severe infection is not something to take lightly.

Jess is the best injector in Tampa and Clearwater! She is very thorough, attentive to my needs. I love my threads, Botox, and fillers. She stays up to date with the latest treatments and does just enough to make you look your best without ever going overboard.
