I highly recommend Megan she is 100000000/10 . I can’t say enough good things about Megan E. Fitzgerald. She is incredibly kind, honest, and compassionate, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain everything and gives very realistic, thoughtful recommendations without ever pushing treatments you don’t need. What really sets Megan apart from others is how honest and knowledgeable she is. She’s amazing at what she does, and it shows in her work. After a few treatments, the difference in my skin is honestly beautiful it looks smoother, healthier, and so much more youthful. I also got v- beam for my dark circles and if weren’t for her i wouldn’t have known that it was even possible to get rid of .If you’re looking to treat aging or wrinkles or anything at all , I highly recommend going to laser and skin . I’ve seen a huge improvement and couldn’t be happier with my results. She is truly one of the best. After doing my research for a while and comparing different places, I decided to come to Laser & Skin Surgery Center, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I chose this facility, everything felt professional and trustworthy, and it truly stands out compared to others. It truly is the best in northern california.

My first consult today; mixed feelings regarding the experience as less informative than I had hoped. I was informed a chemical peel would provide no benefit, as do have aged/sun damaged skin. I was leaning toward laser treatment anyway, but really needed a broader range of laser treatment options, given $$$ cost of full face treatment option presented. I had no idea of the cost when I naively expressed interest in full facial treatment One more laser option was presented within an affordable range for me. I felt rushed when the staff member presented the 3 options/prices. The actual consult was rather brief as well, albeit all my questions were answered. I have learned that I need to do much more research to better understand the intricacies of laser treatment options in order to ask pertinent questions and obtain the most information possible during a consultation.

BEWARE. $200 consult fee that they do not advise new cosmetic patients on when booking over the phone rather the fee is hidden in their digital consent forms. If this was the only issue I probably would not write this review as I did sign the consent forms and shame on me for scrolling through the HIPA etc like we all do and missing this important information. However, I notified the front desk and multiple assistants that I had bid on a Sofwave package at an auction and that was what I was consulting for. Two employees looked at the certificate itself. I did the consult and assumed I was good to go. Nope - upon reaching their back desk area I found out that the consult I just drove 25 minutes to was a completely different procedure than the one I thought - one was Pure Impact by Sofwave and one was just Sofwave. They made no attempt at placing a dollar value on the difference despite so many employees being aware of said certificate. (something I would have most certainly considered), and said too bad, here is your $200 consult charge and farewell. As a business owner I am always surprised when there is little to no effort to retain a potential / future client.

This was my first appointment. It was for the purpose of determining if there is a possible course of action to reduce hair loss. Dr. Silva provided excellent explanation and advice. I am very pleased with the professionalism and service of this clinic.

The PA I’ve been working with, Megan, has been absolutely amazing, and the entire staff here is just as wonderful. They always greet you so kindly, and Megan is incredibly sweet. She’s been helping me with my VBEAM treatments, and I truly couldn’t appreciate her more.
