My phlebotomist Dannisha, made me feel comfortable and safe when I told her that I am an addict in recovery and I used to use drugs intravenously. She responded with so much understanding and I knew that I was incompetent hands. The experience was excellent. I also felt that the person at the reception desk was very friendly and personable with me also overall I had an excellent experience today.

Terrible appointment turn over time. As someone who has experienced healthcare on the east coast and here in California. This place and a lot of California kaisers are horrible due to the wait times. Don’t waste your time with this facility. It’s a bummer they don’t offer medstar in California as it’s miles ahead and better then Kaiser but then again Kaiser in the mid Atlantic region is a trillion times better.
