My husband and I had such an amazing experience. We’ve had a few massages and this was the best one yet. The attention they took to our bodies and addressing any issues that we had, was top tier. We definitely will be booking again.
Positive: clean, friendly people, convenient location with lots of parking, above average massage Overall, you get a above average massage for average pricing for this area. What kept me from giving this place. Five stars are two things: First, the masseuse tried to upsell me to buy more time while I was already lying on the table. Second, they use paper napkins to cover the massage table head. rather than linen.
I booked an appointment online on Wednesday and followed up by email to confirm my booking and ask about their Groupon specials. The only response I received was that they don’t accept Groupons on Valentine’s Day. I replied that was fine and asked if my booking was confirmed. A day later, I was told my appointment was not confirmed because I hadn’t paid a required $40 deposit — a deposit that was never mentioned in the booking process, on the website, or in any communication. No one provided instructions on how to make the payment. When I called to resolve the issue, I explained that I was traveling from out of state for this appointment. Instead of offering a solution, I was told I lost my slot because I didn’t pay a deposit I was never informed about. The representative stated they didn’t mention the deposit because I “only asked about Groupon,” which makes no sense since I clearly asked if my booking was confirmed. Very disappointing customer service and lack of transparency. This could have easily been avoided with clear communication. Unfortunately, this experience has negatively impacted my Valentine’s weekend.
I’ve been here just once before and enjoyed myself, but today I got the weekday special, and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I had Andy, and he was wonderful! I will definitely be returning!
I got a deep tissue massage Christmas Eve with a plus one and am so so grateful to have experienced this!! Definitely coming again. Our bodies feel so amazing, after deep massage in troubled areas, hot stones, full thorough hour, yes. Highly highly recommend, very great hands and clean environment💯🥰🙌🏽
