2 out of 2 appointments have been changed of mine. The first I've was about 12 hours before my initial appointment telling me that the DR didn't want to come in that so they needed to move my appointment to the following day. Funny thing is when I went when they wanted to move me to I never even saw a Dr!!! So then I decided I'd give them another chance and my IV went okay so I moved one for the following week and again now I was called and told that they need to move my appointment bc of a death in the family. I know things happen but they are doing nothing to help me. People make schedules take time off of work and create their plans and they have no reserve for this. I told them I wanted to be refunded for my pre paid service and have a manager contact me but now they are just ignoring me. Don't waste your time here bc they do not care.
