Frost And Float Spa (Cryotherapy , Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna)

Came here for the first time for a float and overall had a very nice experience. The rooms and pods are spacious, the shower pressure and products are great, and everything was very quiet and relaxing. I also appreciated the movable towel rack and that the room lights automatically shut off. The receptionist was warm and friendly, and she apologized profusely when the filter came on halfway through my session. I do have a few suggestions based on experiences at other float centers. It would help if trash were emptied after each session so guests feel like they’re entering a freshly prepared space. The floors, both in the rooms and hallways, could also be wiped down more often to reduce salt getting on clothes after changing. Providing rubber slippers at the entrance would help prevent slipping and would also make things easier in winter when you have to put socks on damp feet. The rugs should also be slip-proof — this was honestly a bit scary, especially as I’m pregnant, and I’d worry about an older family member slipping. Finally, having a chair in the room would help since the bench doesn’t leave enough space for clothes, bags, and sitting while changing. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would come back, and I hope these suggestions help make future visits even better.

As first time clients, my husband and I chose to do a Float. We were happy to receive a first time floaters discount. It was easy to find. I loved learning it was a family run business. We were greeted and treated kindly and given the breakdown together. We both liked the fact that the shower is in the room with the tank. Everything was clean and well maintained. Great experience! Would recommend. Next we want to try the Freeze!!

Just had my first float experience. Everyone was nice and very welcoming. Definitely had to get used to the sensation this time around. My shoulders were so tense the first 20 min. But after I settled in WOW ! I do anesthesia for work and my brain never stops, fingers crossed I can use this to train to relax even if it’s 1 hour once a month. For someone who doesn’t really get to experience the feeling of being relaxed it felt definitely very odd after leaving the pod haha. I felt like I was disassociated in the best way possible. Left without even saying goodbye 🤣 So I figured to pay it forward I would leave this review haha. Thanks again you guys !

Awesome Experience. I used by Class Pass Credits and it’s was a friendly way to get there. So Nice and clean spaces. David was so respectful and he took time to prepare all the experience. Definitely, I’ll come back soon.

Frost and Float is such a great place! I’ve done both the infrared sauna, which was so relaxing and restorative, and the cryotherapy, which is really healing and invigorating! I always leave feeling better than when I came. The staff and space are both great, and they do awesome events that bring in other fun wellness modalities. Highly recommend!
