Cannot speak to their care just the initial call to inquire. Woman was very short and unhelpful. Asked about general overview of practice and their experience with treatment of autoimmune disease. She said she couldn’t answer I would need to do consult. I asked about their experience with hoshimotos she said she couldn’t answer. Very short and abrupt. Wow this is how initial inquiries are answered? Definitely need someone who understands marketing and customer service.
I have been seeing Dr. Berke for a few years now and she is the only physician that actually listen to me and addressed my symptoms. My symptoms took us down a path that addressed issues that I was shocked to learn about. Now that I finally have a diagnosis my disease that I didn’t know anything about can be addressed head on. Dr. Berke NEVER gave up on me and continued to dive into test after test to get to the root cause. She is such a sweet person who will treat you with respect and besides listening to you she has no problem addressing your questions even if it’s about a treatment that you have researched but she isn’t doing. She will explain why she doesn’t believe that that treatment is optimal for you and then she will let you know if that is what you really want she will do it. I went with her treatment plan because I trust her over my own research because she has a lot of test data on me and she has a mentor who she consults with. Two brains are better than one and I love that she has someone else to review her tough cases with!
Dr Berke is so knowledgeable! Her insight into symptoms and lab values and supplements is so helpful, and so appreciated! The two appointments I’ve had with her have been very productive and my health has significantly improved as a result! I have had video appointments which are very convenient. The only drawback…The appointments are very pricey tho, unfortunately.
Wow very comprehensive! I love that they uncover causes that neurologists and primary care doctors could not. It's early but I feel like I finally have something to be optimistic about!
