Such an amazing pharmacy! They helped us secure medically necessary infant formula that is difficult to find elsewhere! They deliver it to us every month without us having to even call them. They call us every time we’re due for more and easily arrange a delivery for us. We are so happy to have found them!

I'm not sure why my doctor chose this random streetfront pharmacy halfway across the country from herself and I, but this month is the last straw. Last month they charged me 40 for overnight shipping that took a week to arrive. I made several calls asking to be refunded for the shipping and kept being put off. The proper way to handle this is for the vendor to refund the customer and then for the vendor to file a claim with the shipping company for their own refund, but this pharmacy is too incompetent and would rather play dumb and run down the clock hoping you'll forget that you paid 40 bucks for delayed meds and ground delivery. This month they shipped to my friend's apartment building who I'm only briefly visiting so short window to receive the package, but they added the name of a hotel on the additional info line of the address which will likely cause confusion with the driver who won't see a hotel when they get here. A hotel name is clearly written on the UPS notification I got. I called the pharmacy and they actually tried to tell me that UPS, a shipping company, input the address and UPS wrote in the name of a hotel. They're arguing reality with me when it's literally in writing. In addition to that it was supposed to arrive today, having supposedly shipped yesterday, but now it's almost an entire second day gone and UPS is claiming they haven't even been given the package yet. I was told to wait on hold while the phone rep checked with their supervisor and was immediately disconnected. They haven't bothered to call me back. In no way shape or form do I trust these gaslighting incompetents to make any more drugs that I inject into my body, and I suggest that anyone else look elsewhere as well.
