Elite Health is hands down one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had. The staff is professional, fast, and genuinely cares about what they’re doing. Check-in was smooth, the place was spotless, and I was seen quickly without feeling rushed. They actually listen and explain things clearly, which is rare. If you want quality care without the long waits and nonsense, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

Dr was cool, but was charged extra for some reason for a yearly exam which I’m eligible for twice a year. Was charged extra for another “scheduled visit” just to get the results for my blood work. Front desk told me my insurance was accepted and somehow still owe extra money on top of my co pay. Basically was charging an extra 320 bucks for a regular check up and had to paid to get my results. Lady at the front desk got loud wasn’t helpful at all aside from saying my results were serious which turnt out to be a lack of vitamin D.
Misgendering a patient isn’t funny, especially when they have a beard. I asked to be called by my name, Fernando, and you chose to deadname and misgender me multiple times. You then neglected to take my temperature despite telling you I feel feverish. You also accused me of taking your bathroom key, calling my cellphone and deadnaming me again I guess to rub it in? You should look into the Elliot Larsen Civil Rights Act and see constitutional protections for transgender people in public accommodations like healthcare facilities. Also consider turning your radio off during consultations, because I heard a Kristi Noem anti-immigrant ad that frankly I wouldn’t like to ever hear again. Also - patients like me who speak English also might understand Spanish, like when you called me a girl and laughed at me several times with me in the waiting room. This was the most unprofessional healthcare office I have ever, ever been to.
Great clinic with a well ran system. Got checked in in a reasonable timeframe and the doctor was helpful with my problem at hand and took great care of me.
*I have not seen a Dr. at this office since April 2025. I took down a previous negative review after the Dr. called me twice and harassed me to do so. Now I am recieving bills for dates that I did not have an appointment. Dates I wasn't even in the country. It almost feels retaliatory.
