Zero stars. Mia at the front desk is horrible and not at all customer service oriented. There was an error on the subscription side and despite showing that money had been taken out of my account, they would not give me my subscription. Waited over an hour the first time while Mia disrespectfully tried to figure this out, came back after 4 hours for the same thing-no resolution and won’t give me my subscription. Awful, awful management and customer service. No wonder this place has Groupons-it would not stay in business otherwise. Do not recommend.

I always have a pleasant experience at this doctor's office! The staff at the front desk are always friendly and welcoming, making check-in and out a breeze. Dr.Nelson is fantastic—she truly listens to everything I have to say and takes the time to create a weightloss plan that works for my needs. If you are there to just get medication or use a groupon she will prescribe it, but if you take the time to really talk with her she will work to create a plan to get your health on the right track including healthy eating. I always feel heard and validated during my visits, which makes a huge difference in my care and how I feel about myself when I leave her office. Highly recommend this practice and taking the time to speak with Dana Nelson.
