Key takeaway... I highly recommend this place, especially Kim. She is so talented and experienced in multiple styles of deep tissue massage including Thai and Chinese. Her technique seriously fixed my lower back... Way more effective than physical therapy. I came in on short notice because I aggravated my lower lumbar area which I herniated several years ago. I could barely move when I came in and needed a cane. Kim was very considerate and clearly cared that I would get better. She recommended a 90 minute deep tissue massage and explained the key aspects of her massage that was going to help me. The pressure of her massage was just right and she really was attentive to detail including making sure all of my knots were addressed. After the massage she did some Thai stretches on my legs and pelvis and afterwards really loosened my muscles in that area. I am so lucky to have received this massage. Like immediately after, I no longer need my cane. I can drive/sit in the car without pain. It was easily the best massage I've had in the last ten years. Thank you Kim!

Her technique is outstanding — she knows exactly how to target tension areas and adjusts the pressure according to your needs. You can truly tell she cares about her clients’ well-being. The spa environment is clean, peaceful, and very welcoming, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. After every session with Taty, I leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and completely renewed. I definitely recommend her 100%. If you’re looking for a truly effective and professional massage, Taty is the best choice.

Just got a deep tissue massage with Kim and it had to be the best massage of my life. She was so knowledgeable, and really tailored the appointment to my needs. She went above and beyond with her expertise, adding Thai massage, lymphatic drainage, and reflexology techniques to an already comprehensive 90min session. She fully relieved the neck and shoulder tension that’s been bothering for years, something previous massages have never achieved before! WELL worth the price, and close to CTA & Metro stops. Dolce Spa is my favorite Evanston hidden gem that I recommend to all of my friends, and I will be going to back to see Kim specifically for sure.

They claim the couples massage is $298 on Groupon. Their website says $150, so literally the Groupon is full price unless you use promotions. They did not want to honor my Groupon at check in even though it was mentioned at booking. They also thought the appointment was for 1 person instead of the couples massage which my confirmation email stated. Will not be going back. I ended up having to call the owner in China who did not want to honor the Groupon. She kept asking how much I paid for the Groupon and that’s what she wanted to take off the full price. So there was literally no deal. I ended up being charged $120 to be able to leave and my wife was very upset. Update to their response. Deep tissue 90 min is $210 + 20% tip = $252. I was charged $270 total. Even their response proves they ripped us off...

Came here for a 60 minute head treatment and it was a great surprise. I had Wendy and she is amazing. Felt so relaxed and fresh afterwards. Would come back! Highly recommend 😊
