My initial doctor wasn't knowledgeable and needed me to teach her what cluster headaches are. So I asked for a different dr for this appointment, which they did accommodate. Next day was my appt, I showed up 15 minutes early and signed in. I waited 20 mins past my appointment to ask if I'm going to be seen soon? Receptionist told me there are 2 patients ahead of me. um.... ok....... I then waited another 30 minutes before telling them it has been an entire hour now. they told me "there is still another patient ahead of you, then the doctor is going on a lunch break so.. she will likely see you after her lunch break". AGAIN... this is an entire hour after my appointment. God only knows how much longer they expected me to wait. a lunch break would have been another 30 mins, and if 1 patient took her 1 hour then..... yeah.. no way. I just cancelled and left. Receptionist lady who was talking to me, couldn't have cared any less. Thank you to the other receptionist, who looked at me & talked to me with sympathy and cancelled my appt. I'm going to have to find a new office to visit, because I cannot believe how unprofessional these people are. She's "running behind" a whole hour, so now I have to wait while she sees yet another patient then has a lunch break? is this real life?! insane.

This Doctor and his Family are Awesome! I used drugs most of my life! They always took care of me as quickly as possible! You may get injured due to the quickness. That being said, always follow directions on the package!!! I was not aware of how much pressure it takes. Back to the script. They have always have taken care of me, ask questions later!!!

For adults, they are fine, but I highly recommend finding a different pediatrician. I get life happens but my kid is sick and they just canceled the appointment that was supposed to be today and can’t see her until next week. So that just means my kid has to sit there sick For a little bit less than a week without being seen. And they made no effort to try to remedy the situation. Basically said I could go to patient first, but they’re not doing anything for me. I’m changing pediatricians so I recommend not even getting yourself in the position I’m in.

Staff is always kind and try there best to get everyone the care they need. Wait time can be long depending on the time you go. But I love that I don't always have to have a appointment to be seen♥️
