I was very pleased with my visit to Complete Dermatology! From the moment I made an appointment to the end of the procedure, I felt the attention and care from the team. I have visited this clinic twice. Dr. Dan Ilkovitch listened attentively to my complaints, explained the diagnosis in detail and offered a clear treatment plan. I would like to say a special thank you to Anastasia - she is very friendly and pleasant in communication, as well as professionally does all the work! There is a pleasant atmosphere in the office — the staff are polite, answered all questions and made the visit as comfortable as possible.
Excellent experience overall. From pleasant and accommodating supporting staff to knowledgeable and professional physician. There were no delays from the time I entered the office. No time wasted parading from room to room. Entire visit took 30 minutes. Facility appears clean and well managed. New to the area. Very clean, nice and friendly environment! They have parking garage and located at first floor which make it very convenient. No long waits, easy to schedule an appointment with text messages system. Doctor is very nice and knowledgeable! Will be back for sure and will recommend to friends!
