I’ve been a client for a while and originally had a great experience. When I purchased my package, complimentary touch-ups were included, but that perk was removed after management changed, which was disappointing.
The lobby also feels less welcoming now without the small amenities it used to have. That said, Lisa is great, professional and thorough, and I’ve had a good session with her.
I especially want to mention Alexa, who was truly exceptional. She was knowledgeable, consistent, and made every appointment feel easy and comfortable. She set a very high standard, and her absence is definitely noticeable.
Overall, the service is still decent, but the experience isn’t what it used to be..
