Lily is so caring. So helpful. She always came quickly to help. Can’t say enough about her warm personality and care to my mom. She is genuine and was always smiling. Lily was always making sure my mom was comfortable and everything was okay. She was also kind enough to ask if I needed anything Thank you Lily! We feel Blessed to have had your care and help
I could not have gotten a more comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation program anywhere else in Tucson. The staff took the time to educate me about my cardiac health. They have more time to educate me than my doctors. The team also works seamlessly on the rehab equipment floor. The team is very knowledgeable in their field. The entire team is kind and caring, striving the best out come for everyone in the class. After a few personal health set backs, I finally graduated. I feel I have the knowledge and skills to continue to do the program at home and the gym. I have already recommended the program to several other people because my experience was so good.
My dad was brought in for testing and the techs and nurses tool outstanding care of him. PCT Peter was proactive meeting my dads needs and going above and beyond cleaning after others and following up questions. Nurses Nicole and Maddie always checked in on my dad again and again with warm blankets going extra taking care and tracking down info from doctors that made us feel valued. Nurse Dat was fantastic! Getting information on our behalf tracking down providers for results and always focused on maximum care with a smile. PCT Waseem was always friendly and seemed to answer call buttons before they were ever pressed. Waseem had an uncanny ability to anticipate needs. Nurse Morlinda was super happy and had an optimism that was contagious. Erika in housekeeping went far and beyond her role, asking my dad questions and showing a genuine engagement that brightened his day. 1/2
Therapist and nurses were excellent. The information on COPD and other respiratory conditions was most helpful. The information and demonstrations on proper use of inhalers, breathing techniques and oxygen I wish I had when I was first diagnosed. But never too late. It has been my life so much more manageable. Thanks Carondelet St.Joseph’s Pulmonary Cardio Rehabilitation Team.
My 88 year-old mother recently received care here. The staff was very attentive. Dat RN and Beverly case manager were wonderful. Jennifer RN was an angel. Felt comfortable leaving her with night nurses that provided excellent care. The doctors were quick with preventative care while awaiting transfer to rehab. We don’t wish to return anytime soon, but if we do, we would choose St Joesph Hospital
