I had one appointment four months ago that they cancelled last minute, after trying for months to make another, I went to an appointment and the door was locked, no one answering, for 30 minutes. All five customers waited for half an hour and had to leave. There is no way to reach anyone at this business, the phones all go to voicemail, the text number they give you does not answer, and the messaging system responds to say they are closed. I am wondering if this business is going bankrupt and just looking to get as much money out of existing (many year long) customers as possible before they close up shop. I haven’t been able to reach anyone at any of their locations in 3 months. Do not recommend buying a package here. I really hope someone from the business contacts me after reading this review.

I've been coming here about 5 times now, Olivia is excellent. There is a new nurse there now, that I haven't gotten to know yet. But what takes the cake is their customer service, which is absolutely the WORST. It is impossible to reschedule an appointment, it is impossible to get through customer service, they make you email them with requests and then you get a reply that is completely unproductive and uncooperative, giving out inappropriate and unhealthy advise. They refused to accommodate me, when I have never missed or was late for any of my appointments. Their customer service needs a lot of work.

I have had like four appointments for laser hair removal, kinda used to how it’s done now. But my last laser hair removal treatment was one of my favorites and I had to give my honest review. I so was extremely impressed with the experience this time so much more. Dorian was absolutely amazing! She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and ensured I was comfortable. The treatment itself was efficient, and I appreciated the care and attention to detail she provided, She was extremely detailed and looking clearly to see if every hair was removed, I’m so grateful for that and as well excited to continue my sessions. Not forgetting the hydro facial that I did too on the same day, it was done perfectly and I walked out happy. Thank you Dorian for such a positive experience—I highly recommend this clinic and their services! Every one is good though! Thank you Body Details team at large highly recommended!

I highly recommend Body Details. Karima is always friendly and pleasant on the phone as well as in person. I have been getting laser hair removal for almost a year and through the process Ileana has made me feel comfortable and very informative on what to expect. Since my experience has been so well I plan to also do my tattoo removal with them.

Olivia at Aventura location is super sweet, very professional and attentive. I’m so happy every time I come and she’s here, if I feel pain she stops to give me a second, she’s very patient. Overall I’m satisfied with the treatment :)
