I want to share our experience so other people are aware BEFOR AGREEING to treatments here. In December, my mom had a consultation for treatment of a scar and red capillaries. During that visit, we were offered by CPA Nevada Norris, laser procedures and were told that one session costs $700, but if we buy three sessions, the total would be $1,500. We agreed to this price and scheduled the first appointment after the New Year. At the first appointment, my mom was charged $700. She doesn’t speak English, so she couldn’t question it at the time. When I came back later to CLARIFY, the staff admitted there was a misunderstanding and told me she OVERPAID. They said they would apply a $200 credit and that next time she would only need to pay $300. However, at the second appointment, they again told her the price was $700. With the $200 credit, they said she still had to pay $500. When I called again to resolve this, I was told that $500 was an “old price” and that the real price is $700 per session. Which just doesn't make any sense because if price is correct and it should be $700 then why are you offering a $200 credit ??? Let's sum it up: we paid $700 for the first laser, $300 for the second, and now we've got a bill for $200 😅🤯 This experience has been very frustrating and misleading. I do not recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Nevada Norris is truly exceptional. She is the doctor who discovered my skin cancer, and I will always be grateful for her knowledge, attention to detail, and care. From the first appointment, it was clear that she is not only incredibly competent and highly knowledgeable, but also deeply human. Dr. Norris explains everything clearly, takes her time, and makes you feel genuinely seen and cared for. On top of being an excellent dermatologist, she has a warm, kind, and approachable presence — she’s truly adorable in the best way, and you immediately feel at ease with her. You can tell she loves what she does and takes her responsibility seriously. I trust her completely and feel very lucky to be under her care. I couldn’t recommend her more.

Nevada Norris is an angel! Every time she has treated me, she has spoken to me in such an informative and thoughtful way, always trying to find what will best help me and never pushing me to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. I went in with some concerns, and her approach was very efficient, allowing her to diagnose the issue quickly and send the external referral that was needed. Her MA, Yasmin, has great communication skills, and together they make a great team.

Dr. Nevada was very kind and diligent during my appointment. She was attentive, professional, and made the visit very comfortable. Her assistant was equally kind and helpful. I highly recommend their practice

Even though I didn’t have anything done because she was honest and my procedure couldn’t be done there needed to be done by a Plastic Surgeon. I’m grateful she didn’t just take my money and she was honest I would highly recommend this place. She even refunded my deposit for the consult fee. I will definitely think of them in the future if I’m in Florida again as I’m from out of state will definitely be coming here again!!! staff was polite, professional, and punctual both the front desk and all the women in the back. Very nice.
